As a student at Chesapeake College, you have many resources available to help you succeed while you are here. Below are a few links to student support services and more specific course policy information.

Tech Help

For problems logging into Canvas or MyCampus contact the HelpDesk anytime at  or call 410-822-5400 x2345 Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-7pm and Fridays from 8:30am-4:30pm. 

For problem within Canvas, click on the question mark (?) in the lower left corner of any Canvas page and select “Report a problem.”  From 8:00am-4:30pm Monday – Friday call 410-822-4400 x2224 or email

For academic support, there are Tech Tutors available in the Academic Support Center (ASC). Visit the ASC page or email them at to make an appointment for tutoring services.
