Student Opinion Surveys are administered, through Canvas, in all credit and developmental courses in every term. Surveys are available to students 10 days prior to the end of the term, and close on the last day of the term. Responses are available to faculty approximately 48 hours after final grades are submitted through CRAB. Faculty receive an email notification prior to the surveys opening and once responses become available for download. Every semester (Fall, Spring, Summer) a summary of the quantitative portion will be provided to the Deans. This summary includes the most recent semester, as well as, the running average beginning in the Fall 2018 semester. The summary includes all full time faculty and adjuncts who are going through the review process. Any faculty member may request a report of all their available Student Response Surveys responses at any time.
